What can I do to help ease ovulation pain!? - lower back pain during ovulation

Every month I have very bad pain during ovulation, well to the right. I think it will be very useful if I know when I have my ovulation need to plan a pregnancy, but now it's terrible. I've heard that some people get when they ovulate, but I feel very painful. Does anyone else experience this?, What can I do to the pain? I take no drugs, but I just tried a regular ibuprofen not even help!
